CAPTAIN K’s offers you plantation, cottage-style accommodation with beautifully appointed rooms in a natural setting.

SUITES:

  • 2 large deluxe suites (+ 1 smaller deluxe suite which is given out only if the 2 larger ones have already been taken by the same party). All suites contain the following…

  • Attached bathrooms & dressing rooms

  • Air conditioning

  • Mini refrigerators

  • Smart televisions

  • Complimentary filter water, snacks, beverage sachets & toiletries

TARIFF:

  • Large deluxe suites (2 adults) – Rs. 10,000/per night

  • Smaller deluxe suite (2 adults) – Rs. 7,500/per night

  • Extra Adult (12 years & above) – Rs. 1,500/per head per night

​

TARIFF INCLUSIONS:

  • Breakfast, tea and any prevailing taxes

  • Free Wi-Fi (though available, the signal is not always strong)

  • An informative plantation tour via an estate walk or a jeep ride. (The latter is subject to driver availability.)

  • Use of the swimming pool

  • Use of all currently available indoor games and outdoor sports

 NON INCLUSIONS:

  • Dinner is on order and is charged per head

  • Non-alcoholic beverages are available. Current rates are as mentioned on our notice board

  • Ayurvedic massages (by experienced masseurs) require at least 24 hours notice. Current rates are as mentioned on our notice board

  • Aromata and plantation produce (coffee, spices, potted herbs & plants) are available. Current rates are as mentioned on our notice board

CAPTAIN K’s offers you beautifully curated menus for breakfast, tea & dinner. Our delicious home-cooked meals include…

Breakfast (included in the tariff) - a combination of local, continental and English cuisine

Dinner (only on order and not included in the tariff) - the rate depends on the cuisine chosen and is charged per head. Only one cuisine will be served per night. Dinner is a set menu, however vegetarians and the kind of meats that the majority of the party eat as discussed prior to your arrival, will be honoured. Cuisine options include...

  • Local Kodava - Rs. 900/per head

  • Mangalorean-Goan – Rs. 900/per head

  • Anglo Indian – Rs. 900/per head

  • Mediterranean – Rs. 900/per head

  • Fusion BBQ - Rs. 1000/per head (a minimum of 4 persons must be confirmed to order this cuisine)

NOTE:

  • Dinner must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance

  • Breakfast is served between 8AM and 10AM

  • Dinner is served between 7PM and 9PM

  • If you do not avail of breakfast, tea or dinner at the stated timings, no deductions will be made on the tariff

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

1) Reservations & Advance Payments:

  • We have a minimum 2-night and maximum 4-night policy

  • All bookings must be done a minimum of 3 days prior to the date of arrival

  • An advance of 50% the room tariff is necessary for the booking to be confirmed

  • We are closed for 3 months between July and September each year

  • No discounts are offered as we have only a limited number of rooms with unchanging rates throughout the year

  • Walk-ins will not be entertained

  • We are not available for children below 12 years of age and for all-male groups for (mainly) security reasons

  • Only guests with valid recommendations/referrals will be entertained for (mainly) security reasons

  • Any processing fee arising from a bank transaction originating from the guest will be charged to their final bill

  • Any balance amount due must be paid in cash or via UPI before leaving the property

        CHECK OUT: 12PM


2) Cancellation Period & Applicable Refunds:

  • Cancellations within 3 days the arrival date will result in a 0% refund of the advance paid

  • Cancellations between 1 to 4 weeks before the arrival date will result in a 50% refund of the advance paid

  • Cancellations 1 month before the arrival date will result in a 100% refund of the advance paid

  • In case of last-minute cancellations due to valid personal emergencies or acts of nature, the full advance will be refunded or - if desired by both parties, kept on hold for up to 1 year from the original date of arrival
